This page explains how orders are processed and shipped when you place an order through our Shopify store.

Order Processing Time

Order processing refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Most items available on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UK time) or on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time (Shipping Time)

Once shipped, orders within the UK typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery address and the carrier’s schedule. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated time to receive your order is 5–9 business days, which includes both order processing time and transit time.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Cost

All orders are shipped using a flat-rate shipping fee of £10 per order.

  • The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • No additional handling or packaging fees are charged.

Packaging and Fragile Items

Our products are made from glass and stained glass materials and require careful handling. Each item is securely packaged using protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Customers are encouraged to inspect packages promptly upon delivery.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders may only be canceled or changed before they enter processing or shipment. Once processing or shipping has begun, orders can no longer be canceled or modified. All requests are handled on a best-effort basis.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. While delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control may occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional UK-Specific Notes

  • Consumer Rights: All items must be as described and fit for purpose. Customers are entitled to a full refund if items arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Returns for change of mind are not accepted, unless otherwise stated.
  • Fragile Items: Glass products are carefully packaged. Customers should inspect their package immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Shipping Estimates: Transit and delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak periods.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: All shipping costs are included in the £10 flat rate. No additional fees are charged.
